Yes we do! And it is located on 1/F, 22 Hau Wong Road, Kowloon City. The store opens everyday 1200-0600 except Tuesday. As we are co-operated by Shibui the restaurant/cafe on G/F, you may have to inform the restaurant staff on G/F if you wish to visit our shop on 1/F. We are more than welcome to assist you. We apologise for any inconveniences.

我們的實體店在香港九龍城候王道號一樓。實體店每天1200-0600營業，星期二除外。由於我們與地下西日式料理餐廳/咖啡廳shibui共同營運。如需光臨本店，您可能需要先通知地下餐廳工作人員為您開門，我們非常樂意見到你們！如果對您帶來的任何不便，我們深表歉意。

We only ship to Hong Kong now. If you are outside of Hong Kong, please contact us via email and we will arrange International shipping for you.

我們現在只運送到香港。如果您不在香港，請通過電郵與我們聯繫，我們將為您安排國際運送。

If you have purchase an item that is currently in stock (i.e. not a pre-order item), we will ship out your items in 10 working days.

We would highlight in the product description if it is a pre-order item.

We only accept credit card payment for all online orders.

We only offer SF delivery, paid on arrivals. Self pick-up at shop is currently not available.

我們提供順豐到付。目前不提供店內自取服務。

運費：以「到付」形式於顧客取貨時繳付給順豐或由其合作便利店代收，運費不會反映於訂單上。收費詳情請參照順豐速運本地非文件類特快速運價目表。

We do no offer returns once items are sold and/or pre-ordered.

If the product you received has a defect, please contact us via email within 10 days for replacement, and/or refund at our option. At home journey reserves the right to determine what is normal and what is a defective product.

如果您收到的產品有損毀，請在 10 天內以電郵與我們聯繫我們，並附上清晰產品及其包裝的照片。我們確認電郵乎合換貨/退貨條件後會盡早通知您。請注意我們保留會否補償及如何補償的最終決定權。

注意要求換貨/退貨的貨品必須從我們網站購買及必須是全新，保留原本包裝及未使用過。

注意如果購買盒裝曲奇，運送期間有可能令食品破碎。我們會盡量以bubble紙包好減少破碎機會但不可能保證曲奇不會破碎。食品一律不接受換貨/退貨。
